1lb. ground beef
4 bay leaves, whole
2 cloves garlic
2 green peppers, cubed
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme
2 yellow onions, cubed
2 tsp. sugar
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
1 package spaghetti noodles
1.Bring spaghetti noodles to a boil, and stir occasionally for 10 minutes, or until soft.
2. While spaghetti is cooking, make the sauce.
In a large sauce pan combine ground beef, bay leaves, garlic, peppers, oregano, thyme, onions, sugar, and spaghetti sauce. Stir well.
3. Drain spaghetti and add noodles to sauce.
Serve warm with Caesar salad and garlic bread. Enjoy!
