Restaurant Style Scrabbled Eggs
4 large eggs
1 tbsp. milk
salt and pepper
Crack the eggs in a bowl and add the milk. Whisk well.
Grease the skillet with butter so it covers the entire pan.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, with the heat on medium.
Let the eggs simmer for a minute, then pull the mixture from the outer edge of the skillet. Continue to fold mixture over in the skillet until the eggs are cooked. Do not over cook!
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top. Enjoy!
